If you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase, I'm here to help. 
Please contact us with your order number, contact information, a brief description of the issue, and an attached photo (if available).

Shipping Lead Time

Each custom leather piece requires approximately 10 days for production (excluding shipping time). 
All pieces are made based on your unique design and requirements. 
For more complex designs, production time may be extended. 
Shipping time will be calculated separately.

If the order has not yet been shipped, cancellations are not entitled to a refund. 

Final Sale Policy

Custom orders are final sales. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for custom items. By making a purchase, you confirm and agree to these terms. 
This policy may be updated, and any changes will be posted on the website.
